Stylesheet not applying

Hi there. I am working on my app and constanly testing it with the mobile preview function.
All of a sudden, the initial page of my app stopped rendering correctly (and I wasn't even editing it!)
Please see the 2 images of the design vs the rendering (mobile preview) of it.
Here's the DESIGN:

.... AND it magically started working again all by itsself
