URGENT: Account Upgraded: STILL gives requests quota reached

Hi,

I have upgraded our account to Pro version (it has 5 million API calls) today morning (2 hours ago) compared to the standard version we had earlier.

We are still getting the same error:

code:"PTCT005"
description:"Requests quota reached"

Our app is in production and testing.

Please rectify the problem soon. My user ID is a href="mailto:bsc@primussoft.com" rel="nofollow"bsc@primussoft.com/a and the app is shared with support.

Was this happened directly after changing the plan? Do you still facing such errors?
