Hi James -

We were able to import certificates files in account resources tab and build .ipa binary file successfully.

Certificates uploading is working much consistently with FireFox browser, at the moment we're investigating what could be the problems with other browsers (Chrome and Safari).

Would it be possible for you to send us (at a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a) your distribution certificates and we'll try to make an .ipa build for you?
