The "undo changes" option is great, but making it more granular would be even better. I make a lot of changes to my code, so don't want to rollback everything in one go. The ability to delete a source file and then restore just that one file would be fantastic.

Hi Andrew,
Please try following solution:
Backup your app.
Navigate to resource tab.
Delete all files highlighted with "blue" color that you want to restore.
Choose root directory and click "Undo all source changes".
After your deleted files will be restored with origin. But other edited files should not be changed(it still your version).
