Unfortunately it is not clear enough. Could you please provide more details, screen shots would help a lot.

I thought you would be following the steps I provided on an actual iPhone. I've just submitted a video to support showing the proper operation on the computer via test. The exact same process on the iPhone does not allow route steps 15 to 20 to be viewed.
