Implement a "Work in Progress" list to enhance Appery's commitments

https://getsatisfaction.com/apperyio/... demonstrates what produces enormous frustration for me and my clients - to the point where one client (and a prospective [subsidiary] client) won't allow new development on this platform. Simply put, too often acknowledged bugs are not fixed and promised enhancements are not made in anywhere near (in my opinion) a timely enough fashion to be of any meaningful planning or client support purposes. My idea is for Appery to publish a list of work that has actually begun, so that a developer can choose to ignore prior Appery comments if he or she so decides.
