Push notification not working.

I there a way we can talk ? because this is getting really frustrating ... I am a paid member and I am trying to get this issue resolved from last 6 -7 days.

Support email me once in 24 hours and I though this forum will be faster and its also not.

My client is really angry on me because of this issue and you guys are not helping much.

We have tested your application with Libraries version 2.2 and Push notifications works for us.

Testing on the device usually takes time it is not a quick process.

Hi I tested this app today also on my android mobile and on my apple mobile devices. but still it's not showing in the appery.io database.

It has taken over 3 days from your previous comments.

Please see into this and revert with a solution.

Please explain what you have tried exactly with steps in Appery.io.

You should connect your app to empty/erased database, re-set all Push certificates and provision profile with enabled push services, and re-build your binary package and install it on the device.

Below are the steps i followed once again:

1. Generated new android project and new api key on google account.

2. Deleted the appery database and created new database.

3. Added new api Key and sender key to the push notification tab setting on appery.io application(Go jaro).

4. Linked the app with newly created database.
   5.exported the new .apk file from top menu of appery.io

5. Installed the new .apk file in my android mobile and opened the application.

   After doing this all, my device id is not being listed in the devices collection of the new database and and device collection in showing empty.

   Please guide me if any thing is required to do now. But please help me toresolve this problem.

Which Android device and versions of OS you are using on the testing devices?
