Its been 4 days... How much more time do you need ? I also tested this on iPad 2 and its not working on it.

I like Appery, but when comes to support i have not seen much of help is provided.

I am not able to complete the project just because this issue and still have to pay the monthly fee. This is not good.

We have checked your project and see the same behavior as you have, but on newly created project functionality works as expected.

I asked you check the project when i created the project that's 16 days ago. And you just wasted 16 days and now telling me this. You understand that this is really important me and my client for to complete this project right ?

Dear Yogesh,

This case is not trivial, we are looking at it and let you know as soon as have updates.

Checked "Use full screen refresh" option breaks application flow and application can't register device.
But there is another problem - the navigation is stopped working after we have tried to uncheck this option. It's not proper behavior, it works with other projects.

Currently our developer is working to check what can be wrong here. Please stay tuned.

As a workaround please try to enable App Settings General Render all pages in one HTML file. Kindly let us know result.

Hello,

As per your suggestion I enabledd App Setting General Render all pages in one HTML file and exported an .apk file.

When I installed this app through the new .apk in my android mobile my device got listed in the "Devices" collection of the "Gojaropushapp" appery database. I also sent a push notification through appery.io account and it was received on the same mobile.

But when i tried to open the app it was not able to run it and showing splash page over the login page. Also I tried to login the app but it was not able to login and showing an alert message saying "Incorrect username or password".

Finally I reverted back the app to the previous version back and tested it again after installing in my mobile. Now it started functioning properly.

Please check and guide me for the solutions.

Hello -

You should understand that this is your custom app and it was created by you, since we were not involved in the process of creation of this app at this point it is really hard to provide any guidelines here.

When "Render all pages in one HTML file" is enabled the app navigations mechanics to pages is changed and there is no existing pages in the app, only one page.
All app transactions should be refactored.

In general for your case we can offer help through our Advisory Pack.
