Camera service showing black screen

My app was working fine earlier and there comes an issue only a few times with the app's camera feature.

When I click on the button 'take picture' on my app to open camera it actually open the camera but instead of showing the front view from Ipad it shows the black screen. When I took the picture the picture of the view is fine. The only issue is I cant see the view from ipad before taking the picture.

I need to fix this black screen thing. It did not happen every time, its just random case when this happens so not sure what is causing this.

Could you clarify have you changed anything on Source tab? This (http://devcenter.appery.io/tutorials/...) doc should help.

Hi Sergiy,

No I haven't changed anything in the source tab.
I have tested my app again and it works fine for me now but for the client its showing the same black screen on a few occasions.. Earlier it was working perfectly.

Do you think its something related to Ipad model or software update?

Could you please specify with what devices and OS do you face this problem?

Its Ipad 2 with iOS version 8.4
Also camera service breaks on the ipad with previous iOS version 7. something.
At times it works fine though!

Hello Tooba - Perhaps this is an issue with Cordova Camera plugin, anyway we will need to replicate this issue in our testing environment -- could you please share your app with us and specify its name please, we will test it.

Need help here guys!!

When the camera service is very slow!!

After I click the button 'Take photo' which starts the service it sometimes took more than 2 minutes to show the camera on the screen!!

Freaking out please help? I haven't changed anything on that part but the new build is causing this issue :/
