Sendgrid Serverscript.... Where is it?

I have imported the sendgrid plugin.
It imports the page and associated service into the app, however....
In you documentation you refer to a server script that was imported?

1. When was this imported.

2. Who imported it.

3. Where can it be found.

4. I have no such script in Server Code

   Your doc possibly refers to the sendgrid app. I did not import that plugin. I imported the the sendgrid plugin.
   Where is the sendgrid plugin doc. Seems like I need to create the server script with this plugin. It is not auto installed in Server code as you elude to!
