Yes, the "Opcje administratora" were changed to "Opcje zaawansawane" which lead to the same diagnostic path I have outlined above.
Login and password should work now. Let me know.

Unfortunately, still unable to run this update query. I see the spinner but no message that query was successful. And when I check in the DB new entries have status "new" so no changes were made. Tested both on iOS and Android (iPhone and Samsung Galaxy SII).
Please bear in mind that this issue can be reproduced only on the device. When I test this on the web tester everything runs fine.

Could you tell us OS versions on iPhone and Samsung Galaxy SII? Do you install app on device or test in browser?

Samsung Galaxy SII GT-19100, Android 4.0.4

For testing I used Appery tester, both on iOS and Android.
Additionally my app was installed and tested on Android.

Click event won't work for radio items on devices. Please try Value change event instead.
