After maintenance existing mappings are lost. Not able to login.

After maintenance I am not able to login in my app. Also I notice the existing mappings for the REST services are lost. Could you please look into this.

I verified mappings are in place they are not lost only look and feel got changed and due to that I cannot locate.
But I am getting below error msg on login.

I still see lots of issue with my app after release. REST mapping are not populating list as expected. Look and feel is lost. Its just behaving in unpredictable way.
