I can't load testing page. Yesterday was the same problem ate the same time. I have deleted cash and cookies, restarted my PC. Ethernet is good, any other sites opening very fast. Only appery works from time to time with problems.

Same problem as Dmitrij Kudrin. When I finally get in I can't do anything within the App Builder. Any update on when this will be fixed?
