Ok
Hi Marina,
Unfortunately, I still have the same layout issues. See the "Top Loops" and "Most Recent" buttons in the attached image. You won't be able to view the text in the buttons as they are misaligned.
I have also cleared the cache in my Chrome browser.
This layout issue has significantly hampered the progress of my development.
Can you assist?
Hi Melvin...
I realize now im still having that issue with my buttons. It appears to me that the button icon (even though set to none) is causing this issue.
I would gather from your screenshot that u have the icon position set to left and it is pushing the text to the right.
Marina / Tiggzi team... could you assist please?
Hello!
This bug will be fixed on the 4th of December.
Jahmarley, that is exactly the situation.
Hi Katya,
The previous deadline for this was last week. Now, this has been pushed to next week instead. While I think that technical support has been great via this forum, these are two separate matters and deadlines should be kept to. At the very least, there needs to be an explanation provided for missed deadlines as after all, Tiggzi is a for-profit business.
While I am developing casual apps, there are others that rely on Tiggzi to varying degrees for their livelihood. I think it's self-explanatory the kind of impact on the latter group of customers.
Appreciate your team's good work and hope there will be a more satisfactory handling of this sort of issue.
Well said Melvin. I couldn't agree more... I believe this "Get Satisfaction" is a good way to communicate but without a proper escalation process Tiggzi is not going to survive as a viable Production platform.
It's a slightly different issue, the original problem was fixed as per this reply: https://getsatisfaction.com/tiggzi/to...
Either way, we are sorry it's not working as expected, we are working as fast as we can to fix it. Things happen, as you all know, and deadlines are sometimes missed.
Before I left my old platform, there was talk about the vendor implementing some type of mechanism so developers had some degree of control over when updates were implemented on their apps. I was wondering if that type of thing is possible/being considered here. Thanks.
I don't know about other platforms, but when we do updates, we update the platform, not your deployed app. Only you can update the deployed app.
