Tested on Preview, was able to login without problems.

app exported as xcode project and run from xcode on iphone, 4gs, ios7,
login fails sometimes as stated above

web app
app published on appery.io hosting service also fails often when run on iphone 4gs ios7

if the test you carried out was in the apperyio tester or desktop browser it will always succeed as stated above!

app works in browser and tester but not always on device,
we cannot show app to client and cant publish to apple, a cant show any other client.

to see the same result I am getting, you will need to run on an iphone

Time 11.45 GMT
At 11.30 I tried to login to app, it failed 6 times one after the other.
I am hoping you can check your logs and see why these 6 attempts to login failed

HI,
is it possible to get any news on this issue, or even an an acknowledgement that someone will take a look, I cannot go any further with this

We tested your web app on iPhone4 (iOS7) and the problem is not reproducible for us. If login and password are missing sometimes, before invoke service add validation to check if these fields are filled in, add alerts to see what is going on (for instance add alerts in mapping to see what data is passed).
