Ok, thank you! Just to exclude one test case, could you try to install app using generated by Appery.io QR code? I'm not 100% sure, but looks like we tested your app this way only (I mean didn't try to install app from iTunes or using xCode). Please let us know result.

I have exported an ipa and scanned the code, but got an error

as follows
your search - itms-service://action=download-manifest&url=https%3A%2F%"Fappery.io%2Fapp etc,etc,
did not find the file

by the way the app in the app store was an ipa from apperyio

yeah, we have found app already, but to install on device from iTunes have to type Apple id.
