and how can i make for example custom javascript handler i.e i want to get the index of the item clicked in a mobileList ?

What kind of notification are you asking about? Android and iOS notifications?

One option is to place a hidden field into a list item. The on click you would read the value. This tutorial shows how to do it: http://help.gotiggr.com/getting-start...
