BlipaDeal API calling not proper responding

in calling BlipaDeal API

           and each time it returns error message like, 

{"message_status": "SUCCESS", "message_action": "DEAL_RETRIEVE_FAILED", "Exception": "No JSON object could be decoded"}

           But here above parameters works perfectly - "[url=http://webapi.blipadeal.com]http://webapi.blipadeal.com[/url]". Please point us where we are making mistakes.
