I'm trying to create folder via PhoneGap API.

Can i use PhoneGap API in your's designer and take builds, or i need to take source and add PhoneGap dll in desktop studio ?
Because I'm trying, but code does not work either tiggzi emulator or Android device

You can use any PhoneGap API in your app. PhoneGap is automatically included in your project.
