When a project is exported to iOS or Android does it inherit the default look and feel of the native apps? For example, do the drop menus open like the lottery wheel in iOS?

Hello Kameron!
When the app is exported, it keeps the jQuery Mobile look and feel (it's a hybrid app). You can always style the app with our built-in themes or create a new theme. We are also working on a iOS-specific jQuery Mobile theme.
