Select Component,fill and reload entries

Fill SELECT Component

I have a REST Service where i get 2 values (UserID:12, UserText:"Andreas Steibl")
i would like to set the Select Component with this value, on drop down, i would like to reload the other entrys
Is there somewhere an example for this?
