adding custom background please help

Tried running the following add event to use png as background screen comes up blank ...add event-screenload-run javascript- used the following

1. $('div[dsid="mobilecontainer1"]').css('background-image',

2. 'url("[url=http://i")')1346.photobucket.com/albums/p687/arniebcb/background_zps157eefc9.png]http://i")')1346.photobucket.com/albu...[/url]")')

   then i saved...tried refreshing nothing am i missing a step is there something wrong with the photobucket addy help please
