How do you create an Inbox like listing that LOADS a form SENT from the outside? Think Service industry where they get assigned a new job.

Not asking for complicated answers just trying to understand the appery mobile side. Any examples of this?

If you got the listings somewhere in the cloud, exposed via a REST API, you can read and load them in your app.
