Creating a page using DB

hello,

I'm new to Appery, and I'm creating an app that lists several (25) locations of a store all over the US. for Ex: I want the user to be able to click Atlanta, GA and the following screen will show a map, location name, phone number and brief description.

Instead of creating 25 different pages for each city. I want to be able to create 1 page with the layout, and the proper information be populated depending on the city the user selects. Can this be done?
