Whenever I add a select item to a page, the source is not added to the HTML pages only the CSS.

Hi guys

Whenever i add a select item to a page in any project ( i have tried many new pages and projects) it does not get added to the HTML source.

It gets added to the CSS and i can see it on the page, but the source HTML isn't updating with the source code required.

I like to work in the HTML so this is a problem
