exporting ipa is taking almost 30 minutes and still "we are working .."

Does anyone experiences this delay?

I try to export to ipad and still on screen "We are working as fast as we can build your IPA file .." for almost 30 minutes without any error ans still showing the 10 seconds countdown ...
