I don't understand the hybrid phone app option.

Is the hybrid phone app option the binary file that appery.io builds from the html\js\css files? So if I wanted to go the hybrid app option for all 3 platforms, I would have to export a binary for each of the 3 app stores (i-app store, google play store, and windows app store)?
