Open google map with pre-defined search criteria, to be picked from a label in the page

Hi,
I am able to open google maps, via below link , but not able to pick the value from label and pass the same into the URL.

using the following url
window.location.href='geo:+Appery('vaddress_331').val();

It would be great if some can guide me implementing this feature, thanks!
