Solution to implement golf scoring

Hi there

Just curious whether anyone has any advise on which components / API's Would be sufficient to create a "golf scoring" app. The app would just need to display various golf tournaments, with the name and final score of each player.

I am new to mobile apps, and just need to be pointed in the right direction , please
