Setting a button to send to e-mail

Hi, I want to know how I would set a button to open on an email.

The button would read "Pick Up Items at Home" and as you press it, it would open up to an email to a specific address with custom text already there

Ex: "I would like to pick up items at home"

It would essentially work as a "mailto:" type of link
