Weather app tutorial failure

My first app and i must be doing something wrong.
I try to follow this tutorial http://docs.appery.io/tutorials/build... but the result doesn't work =/ Could it be that a problem is a link in REST service settings? Because it leads to nowhere if i just browse it. Or am i really just incapable of doing it at all. =(
