how to save multi-data to database ?

Hello, I am rookie in this community and I have some questions that I hope you people can help me out.

I gathered many data from previous pages and successfully pass then to a "submit" page. I can make those data shown in the list page. How can I send those data to the database? Please give me some guidelines or some example code. Thx!

Also, I wonder how I can send those data to another webpage outside appery?

Do you mean send data to outside webpage from database?
