Clone DB deleted collections from the original DB

Hi,
This is very urgent as it affecting live database being used by thousands of users.

Two days ago, I clicked "clone" in order to backup my DB A, so a copy B has been created. This morning I performed 'restore' to yesterday's version. Later, I noticed that many collections are missing from DB A, and more importantly, Files collection is empty.

I'm not sure if this is because of 'clone' or 'restore' but even the copy I restored to, has all collections and specifically Files collection complete.

Is this normal behavior of 'clone'? How can restore lost data? I have this data complete in DB B, but my biggest concern is Files collection, I cannot import the files again with the same names that are generated by Appery. How can I solve this?

Clone DB deleted collections from the original DB

Hello Hawk,

1) No, this is not a normal behavior of a clone
2) We have tested it several times with different number of collections and with files collection filled at least with 15 files - it works for us.
3) if you copy back file to DB A only "File Name" column could change, the "Original File Name" column will still have the correct names of files.
