Style elements of a selection list seperately

I'd like to style elements of a Dropdown/selection list differently by css. How can I select the individual elements/Options seperately in the css file?

As you can see in the second screenshot you have provided there are:
1) hierarchy
2) active styles for selected elements
using this you can :
1) create CSS file
2) add css rules to style preferable element
