Email Plugin

I'm just preempting some work I need to do on Tuesday.

I want to use this plugin to send an HTML e-mail:

The idea is that I have a bunch of local storage variables that I want to use to create a report and e-mail out to a user defined a-mail. Sendgrid isn't an option for various reasons.
