Toast plugin(phonegap) doesn't work.

I have tested adding a Toast plugin example from Appery tutorial, for over 3 times, but it it has always said

"Uncaught ReferenceError: ToastPlugin is not defined"

What's the matter?

I would appreciate if someone helps me to solve the problem.
