HTML Code Not Rendered in Label

I finally updated one of my older apps to the new builder (I'm a little slow). I've got some labels in a list that are populated with HTML code via a JSON service call. For some reason, the code isn't rendered since I've upgraded to the new builder. Instead, the HTML code itself is shown. Is there any way to fix this? TIA

If you want render HTML into component, please use component HTML instead of Label
