Double footer

I'm having an odd problem with the footer on my app.

On the iPad, if you activate the keyboard on a screen and scroll down then it looks like the footer jumps up the page. When you close the keyboard, the footer is still in the wrong place but if you swipe down then it jumps back to the right place.

Please try to fix it on the bottom of a screen via css rules. For example this one: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/f...
