Building a dynamic select menu for a 3rd list select component

Hi there,

I have successfully followed the example of dynamically building a list component based on tutorial provided.

I would like to extend the dynamic building logic to a third list item, but it doesn't seem to work.

Can you please advise what changes to the javascript will need to be made?

Unfortunately it is not clear enough. Could you please provide more details, screen shots would help a lot.
