Footer disappearing due to Popping up of Keyboard

Hi ,

In my application , the footer is disappearing when I tap on an Input box where I have the BarcodeScanner service called ,most of the time Camera is invoked and it works well. But sometimes the keyboard pops up before starting of Camera and keyboard pops up - Opens and close and it takes away the footer with itself.
If the Keyboard do not pop up then the Footer is there at the bottom of the screen.

So I think I need to disable the keyboard from popping up on the Text field of input box. How to do that ?

Use this JavaScript to show/hide footer:
preApperyio("footerName").hide();
Apperyio("footerName").show();/pre

Hi Katya, Thanks for the reply.

I added the readonly = true in the inputbox's More Properties and it worked for me stopping the keyboard to pop up.
