Offline SQLite db still not populating

I can see both of my tables in the browsers Dev Console just fine. But when I export the app to an apk and load it on my tablet, as long as I stay connected, it talks to the appery.io online DB just fine. But when I disconnect wireless from the device, exit then restart the app, it has neither captured any of the data from the online db nor will will allow me to add data via the app form/s I use for input. Sure could use some serious help here. Please don't point me to links I have seen and read repeatedly. To date they have only taken me this far, and seems to be a serious gap in what it actually takes to make this an offline only application. I have tried this in Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and see the tables built in the dev consoles of all of them. Then installed the apk's to both my 2nd Gen Nexus 7 and my HTC Desire cellphone. It simply doesn't work without being online.

If I understand you correctly, in your use case you have app communications with Appery.io DB, in this case the Internet connection is required.

No. I do NOT want communication with Appery.io DB. I want it to work offline only. How come no one ever reads the entire blog entries? Even my title is 'OFFLINE SQLite db still not populating'.

How do I disconnect the app from the online db for offline use ONLY?

If tables ARE showing in the dev console of my browser how come it doesn't work offline in my cellphone or tablet?

Please help me with this.
