What is the best way to distribute the same app to multiple clients without having to share databases?

I have 2 clients that want the same app with minimal changes, but since both will need to use individual customer consoles (to edit database items for their respective companies how do I make it such that the database is not shared - but each company's app uses their own database? Do I need to create multiple Appery.io accounts (one for each)?

If you don't want to share data between your customers it is better to create a separated database for each of them.
