Whats the expected CPU usage??

In chrome. With the Tiggzi builder just sitting... Not in use. My CPU usage is 42 to 56% !! Whats it doing?
Then When I actually use it . It jumps to 70+ %

Seems like after I Open all the available pages then close them. The cpu load drops to 3%.. and 1 page is open.
Then I open a page with little on it and the cpu jumps to 40%

Is it processing and filling up RAM perhaps?

Usually on dual core processor (freq 2 GHz) it takes not more then 10-20%
