Can Panel Width always fill the screen at any size????

Can Panel Width always fill the screen at any size? or we must define the width and the height ????

I think you would need to define the size, based on screen size.

Thanx.... i new at CSS and Web (i start from java andorid).

To fill parent the View, i define size on CSS to 100%.... ( just found it)
