.ipa file generation questions

Hi,

I need to generate a .ipa file for my Iphone app but I'm getting this error:
Oh no!

It wasn't supposed to happen but the build failed

I haven't fulfilled anything on the IOS binay and IOS keys section of the App settings section. Is it mandatory to create the.ipa file? I don't quite understand the meaning of all the fields, is there any documentation explainning this? Do I need to purchase the Iphone developer license just to generate the .ipa file?

I'd appreciate your help.
