Camera function not working

Ive added a camera function with the data base storage built in, i followed the tutorial shown in this forum and cant get the camera to launch. any idea what I am doing wrong also this at is a web app is that the problem or is it something that I have done.

Please check first if there are any JavaScript errors in browser console.

The camera can only be launched when running a hybrid app. It's not possible to launch the camera when running a mobile web app.
