Is there any way to use an image as a header without extra space?

Instead of using plain text in my header, I would like to use an image. I have done so by placing an image within a grid (so that I can change image alignment), however, there is a large amount of blank space above it that I can seem to get rid of. Is there any way to do this?

Can you also give a code example how you implement it? And screen shot would also help.

Never mind. The problem is that, whether or not you use it, space is left for the "Back" button. It seems that there is no way around this.
