Can not set my PublisherID

Hi, I try to set the Windows PublisherID, but as soon as I leave the field, it turns empty. What can I do?

Hi Ron,

Please make sure it has the following format:preXXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX/preIn other case it will turn empty. You could try pasting it from clipboard.

problem solved.
In Windows my key was uppercase. I changed it to lowercase and then Appery accepts it.

Didn't try publishing yet, but I saw in another app that the key was lowercase, so I expect no problems.
