Windows Phone Binary Export - pre-April App?

My app is missing the option to export a Windows Phone binary which was added in April. However, if I create a new app, the option appears.

Do I need to recreate my app from scratch to make use of the Windows phone binary export feature? If so, is there a quick way to do this?
