Auth0 requires Appery.io app id - where do I find that?

I am trying to complete the registration to use the Auth0 plug in and they require the application id for the callback URL: http://appery.io/app/view/APPERY-IO-A...

where do I find my apps ID ?

Sadly, no one bothered to mention that after you go through all the set up steps, that this is only a 30 day trial to Auth0.

If my app (which I am going to GIVE away) has to run online only (since no one can explain how to make it work offline) I have to pay for DB service hosting indefinitely. THEN if I want to use Auth0 I have to pay for that too? OMG. The cost is really getting to be way more than it should.

I KNOW there are ways to make this app work offline but I am starting to believe that Appery.io had rather not support that since they won't be able to make any money off of me by doing so.

My app would be such a tremendous help to all who NEED it, but will never be finished at this rate.
